About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced CS13 Roller Operator with GPS experience for a long‑term project based in the PL7 area of Plymouth. This is a great opportunity to join a well‑organised site with an 18‑month programme of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a CS13 Roller with GPS machine control safely and efficiently
- Carrying out compaction works in line with site specifications and GPS guidance
- Working closely with groundworkers, plant operators, and site engineers
- Completing daily machine checks and reporting any faults or maintenance issues
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience operating CS13 rollers or similar compaction equipment
- Experience using GPS machine control systems
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Ride‑on Roller ticket
- Previous experience on earthworks or large construction projects
- Good understanding of site safety and compaction standards
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
