About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced CS13 Roller Operator with GPS experience for a long‑term project based in the PL7 area of Plymouth. This is a great opportunity to join a well‑organised site with an 18‑month programme of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a CS13 Roller with GPS machine control safely and efficiently
  • Carrying out compaction works in line with site specifications and GPS guidance
  • Working closely with groundworkers, plant operators, and site engineers
  • Completing daily machine checks and reporting any faults or maintenance issues
  • Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating CS13 rollers or similar compaction equipment
  • Experience using GPS machine control systems
  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Ride‑on Roller ticket
  • Previous experience on earthworks or large construction projects
  • Good understanding of site safety and compaction standards
  • Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
