We are recruiting for an Industrial Machine Operative to join our team on a permanent basis, based in Clay Cross. This role is primarily site-based during standard working hours. However, you must be flexible and willing to travel anywhere in the UK when called out to assess and carry out repair work.
The Role
- Operating industrial machinery to manufacture parts for leak repairs
- Taking accurate measurements using tape measure and vernier calipers
- Using injection guns for leak sealing
- Carrying out on-site assessments and repairs nationwide
- Working in confined or tight spaces when required
- Maintaining high health & safety and quality standards
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience operating industrial machinery
- Ability to measure accurately (tape measure & vernier)
- Comfortable working in tight/confined spaces
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Flexible to travel throughout the UK
Desirable:
- Experience with injection guns and industrial leak sealing
- Previous site-based industrial experience
- DBS check (if not currently held, one will be carried out)
