Our client, based in Ilkeston, is looking for a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Operative to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in fabrication, cutting, welding, and measuring to join a well-established company.
Hours & Pay
- Days: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday) / 7:00am - 2:30pm (Friday) - £13.88 per hour
- Afternoons: 1:30pm - 10:00pm (Monday - Thursday) / 12:30pm - 8pm (Friday) - £15.87 per hour
- During training you will be on the day shift, after which you will move onto rotating shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricating components based on technical specifications
- Cutting materials to size and specification
- Performing welding and assembly tasks
- Measuring and checking the accuracy of work
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
