Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and oversee all site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports on performance, risks, and issues for senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to site safety protocols and legal requirements, promoting a safe working environment at all times.
