Site Manager Required - Modular Rental
Location: East Riding of Yorkshire (Some National Travel Required)
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation of modular buildings from launch to handover. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage modular building installations and achieve programme milestones
- Enforce strong site Health & Safety standards
- Coordinate subcontractors and oversee all site activities
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and site reports
- Control site costs and manage project variations
- Conduct accurate site surveys and support project/bid teams
- Maintain tidy, compliant sites and ensure smooth client handovers
About You
- HNC in Civil/Building (or equivalent experience)
- Strong construction/site management background
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Commercially aware with good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- National travel and occasional overtime required
