We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer‑focused Customer Service Advisor to join our client DMW Logistics in Sutton in Ashfield on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain customer records and update internal systems
  • Assist with and complete daily reporting tasks regarding goods received, dispatched and produced within customer required timescales
  • Use the Warehouse Management Stock System to process orders in a timely manner
  • Complete administrative duties to ensure that all customer requirements are being met
  • File and archive paperwork
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build relationships with customers to maximise opportunities

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Methodical with a good attention to detail and numeracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and customer service systems

Pay and Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: up to 40 hours per week
  • Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Pay rate: £13 per hour
