Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site in Blackburn starting Monday. The role involves managing site traffic, directing vehicles, and ensuring the safe movement of people and machinery around site.

Key Duties

  • Directing site traffic and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Managing access and egress points on site
  • Assisting with pedestrian and vehicle segregation
  • Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators, and site staff
  • Monitoring site activity to ensure safety standards are met
  • Performing general labouring and site support duties when required
  • Ensuring compliance with site health & safety regulations

Requirements

  • Valid Traffic Marshal (Banksman) ticket
  • Valid CSCS card (preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal on construction sites
  • Good communication skills and reliability
  • Own PPE (hi-vis, hard hat, safety boots, gloves)
