We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy production site in the Ilkeston area. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be leading and motivating a team to achieve daily targets while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading a team of operatives to deliver production plans
• Monitoring performance, attendance and efficiency
• Ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times
• Supporting training, development and engagement of the team
• Driving continuous improvement across processes
What we’re looking for:
• Previous leadership experience within a production or manufacturing environment (welding, fabricating, cutting)
• Strong focus on health & safety and quality standards
• Confident communicator, able to motivate and develop others
• Good IT skills (Word/Excel)
• Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential
Working hours:
• Rotating days & afternoons (07:00 – 15:30 / 13:30 – 22:00)
• Monday – Friday
