The Role
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a high‑specification residential project, ensuring homes are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer care. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the development.
- Assist in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour.

- Promote and maintain the highest levels of health and safety on site.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Assist with snagging, handovers, and customer care processes.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Finishing Foreman, or Senior Site Supervisor within residential construction.
- Experience working on new‑build housing developments.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced construction environment.
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
