Thorn Baker's award-winning client is looking for a Site Manager for a brand-new traditional build housing development kicking off in January. The project consists of 65 bespoke homes. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing housing developer with exciting new projects commencing in the East Midlands.

- Progression to Senior Site Manager within 12 months and Contracts Manager within 3 years due to expansion of the region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee management of overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
- Liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff and visitors.
- Identify and rectify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
- Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and ensure any issues are corrected immediately.
Required Skills:
- SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record of successfully managing the workload across traditional build housing programmes
- In-depth knowledge and experience of house building and NHBC
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Full UK Driving License
