  • Previous recruitment experience (industrial sector experience a bonus)
  • A proven sales record with a hunger to grow business
  • Confident, ambitious, and motivated to succeed
  • Full UK driving licence

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be a key part of our Leicester industrial branch, responsible for:

  • Business Development – canvass calls, sales meetings, networking, and sourcing new leads
  • Service Delivery – attracting, managing, and placing great candidates
  • Financial Performance – negotiating rates, maximising revenue, and driving margin growth
  • Client Satisfaction – regular service visits, client KPIs, and delivering an outstanding customer journey
  • Compliance – ensuring TOB compliance, payroll accuracy, and AWR checks
