The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be a key part of our Leicester industrial branch, responsible for:
- Business Development – canvass calls, sales meetings, networking, and sourcing new leads
- Service Delivery – attracting, managing, and placing great candidates
- Financial Performance – negotiating rates, maximising revenue, and driving margin growth
- Client Satisfaction – regular service visits, client KPIs, and delivering an outstanding customer journey
- Compliance – ensuring TOB compliance, payroll accuracy, and AWR checks
