The Role

  • Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for electrical and M&E projects
  • Interpret drawings, specs, and tender documents with confidence
  • Build detailed cost plans covering labour, materials, and plant
  • Analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
  • Work closely with design, commercial, and delivery teams

About You

  • Proven experience as an Electrical or M&E Estimator
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations
  • Confident with take-offs, cost planning, and tender submissions
  • Commercially aware, detail-driven, and highly organised
  • Familiar with industry standards (including BS 7671)
