Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are hiring experienced MIG Welders for a leading manufacturing company in Chesterfield. This is a long-term, stable role with excellent pay, overtime and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding large industrial casings and components
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Producing consistent, high-quality welds
- Working safely in warm manufacturing environments
- Following all health & safety procedures
Shift Pattern – Days
Rotating weekly hours: 39, 42, 45, 48
Start 05:45am daily, early finish Fridays
Example 45-hour week: Mon–Thu 05:45–15:45, Fri 05:45–10:45
Pay & Overtime
£14.48/hr Days
£20.36/hr Weekday & Saturday OT | £27.14/hr Sunday & Bank Holiday OT
