Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Painter to join a team working on a site in Wrexham. This role requires a professional and detail-focused individual, capable of working in a clean and safety-sensitive environment. Work involves both internal and external painting as part of a refurbishment project.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing surfaces for painting including sanding, filling, and priming
Applying emulsion, gloss, undercoat, and specialist coatingsas required
Carrying out high-standard finishing workon walls, ceilings, woodwork, and trims
Working cleanly and efficiently within a live or semi-live hospital environment
Protecting surrounding areas and maintaining a tidy workspace
Complying with site health and safety procedures, especially in clinical areas
Collaborating with other trades and site supervisors to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator on commercial sites
Valid CSCS card
Full PPE and own tools/brushes/rollers
High attention to detail and ability to produce quality finish work
