Thorn Baker Construction is currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to work on a project in Otley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Joiner with strong fire door experience, with 6 weeks’ work available.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and working on fire doors, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with site requirements.
Typical duties include:
- Installing and fitting fire doors.
- Adjusting and repairing existing fire doors.
- Ensuring fire doors are correctly fitted and compliant with specifications.
- Carrying out general joinery duties where required.
- Working safely and efficiently on site.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with fire doors – essential.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience as a Joiner.
- Own tools and PPE.
- Good attention to detail and high standard of workmanship.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Available to work 7:30am – 7:00pm.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
