Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is recruiting experienced Picker / Packers to join a busy distribution operation in the Mansfield area. This is a physically active role suited to candidates who enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and can maintain accuracy while working towards daily targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking customer orders using manual pick sheets
- Packing products ready for dispatch
- Handling products weighing up to 20kg
- Working towards daily productivity targets (65+ orders per shift)
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure order accuracy
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience
- A good eye for detail and accuracy
- The ability to work efficiently in a target‑driven environment
- A good level of physical fitness, including regular lifting and standing throughout the shift
- Safety boots and hi‑vis vest
- A reliable approach and strong work ethic
