The Role
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Production Manager to oversee and drive performance within a busy manufacturing workshop. You will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on‑time delivery across all joinery output. This is a key leadership role, working closely with design, project, and site teams to ensure seamless delivery from workshop to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop
- Manage production schedules to meet project deadlines
- Lead, motivate, and develop workshop staff and supervisors
- Ensure all products meet strict quality and finish standards
- Coordinate with design and project teams to resolve technical queries

Requirements
