Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Joiner for ongoing contract work, specialising in snagging and 2nd fix bathroom installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out snagging tasks to correct minor defects and finish joinery work to a high standard
- Perform 2nd fix carpentry in bathrooms including fitting doors, architraves, skirting, boxing-in, panels, and cabinetry
- Install fixtures, fittings, and accessories with precision
- Work from drawings, measurements, and verbal instructions
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality expectations
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience in snagging and 2nd fix joinery, especially in bathroom settings
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Own tools and PPE
- Strong attention to detail and finish quality
- Ability to work independently and to deadlines
- CSCS card (preferred, depending on site)
