We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter / Decorator to join our team, bringing creativity and craftsmanship to create visually appealing and long-lasting finishes for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. Responsibilities- Prepare and protect surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks and holes, and applying primers and undercoats as necessary.
- Apply high-quality finishes including painting, decorative techniques, wallpapering, and other surface treatments.
- Accurately measure surfaces to calculate the appropriate amount of materials required.
- Select and mix paint or other materials, such as stains and varnishes, ensuring accurate colour matching and consistency.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety compliance at all times.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to bring their design visions to life while offering expert advice on finishes, colours, and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after projects.
- Stay informed about new techniques, products, and trends within the painting and decorating field.
- Proven experience as a Painter / Decorator with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in painting techniques, surface preparation, and decorative finishing methods.
- Ability to measure and calculate material requirements expertly.

- Adept at identifying and repairing defects or imperfections in surfaces.
