Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are seeking Bakery Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing company in Leicestershire. The role is a temp-to-perm contract with two shifts: 6am-3pm or 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
You will work across bakery areas including mixing, baking, icing and packing, following production plans and quality standards. Training will be provided and there is a National Living Wage uplift after training.
