We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our Client DMW Logistics in Sutton in Ashfield on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering excellent customer experience.
Main Duties:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain customer records and update internal systems
- Assist with and complete daily reporting tasks regarding goods received, despatched and produced in the customer required timescales
- Use the Warehouse Management Stock System to process orders in a timely manner
- Complete administrative duties to ensure that all customer requirements are being met
- File and archive paperwork
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build relationships with customers to maximise opportunities
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Methodical with a good attention for detail and numeracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and customer service systems
Pay Rate and Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: up to 40 hours
- Working hours: 8.00am - 17.00pm
- Pay rate: £13/h
