We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a growing team based in Bolsover. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity offering consistent hours and the chance to develop valuable skills within a supportive working environment.
Key Duties:
- Crimping electrical components
- Soldering connections
- Housing (attaching connections to housings)
- Splicing wires and cables
- Creating purchase orders when required
- Following CAD drawing instructions and assembly specifications
- Preparing materials and components for assembly work
- Maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process
Requirements:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is not essential, but would be beneficial.
