Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join a leading global logistics and distribution business in Chesterfield. This is a great long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy warehouse and wants genuine opportunities to grow. You’ll be part of a supportive team working with VNA and Reach trucks and PC-based systems. We’re looking for reliable, switched-on people who are confident using computers and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key duties include:
- Operating VNA trucks to pick and put away stock
- Order picking at height using VNA equipment
- Picking multiple items from various locations using order booklets
- Receiving and offloading deliveries and checking paperwork
- Labelling, storing, and organising goods accurately
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Supporting other warehouse areas as required
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:30am (Late Shift)
Long‑term temporary role. Overtime available when required.
Pay and benefits:
- £13.10 per hour / £27,250 annually

What we’re looking for:
- VNA and Reach experience essential
- Minimum 5 years’ warehouse experience
