This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people, offering long-term stability and genuine career progression.

Working Environment – Please Read

This role is based within a specialist industrial recycling facility and supports the day-to-day operation of the site stores.

  • Physically active role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hot and dusty working conditions.
  • Respiratory mask required throughout your shift.
  • Blood test required as part of the induction, followed by regular occupational health monitoring.

The Role

Working within the site stores, you'll be responsible for ensuring production teams have the equipment, PPE and consumables they need to carry out their roles safely and efficiently.

Duties include

  • Booking stock in and out using the company computer system.
  • Stock control and inventory management.
  • Stock counting and maintaining accurate records.
  • Issuing PPE, tools and consumables.
  • Supporting the internal stores/trade counter.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised stores area.
  • Working closely with warehouse and production teams.
  • Shift Pattern & Pay
  • £15.96 per hour
  • Weekly pay.
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity.
  • Initial hours are
  • 07:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
  • As the department expands, successful candidates must be flexible to work between 06:00 and 18:00

, with future shifts expected to be

  • 06:00 – 14:30
  • 09:30 – 18:00

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within stores, warehouse, stock control or manufacturing would be advantageous.
  • Good computer literacy and numerical skills.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

A full UK driving licence and your own transport are essential due to the location of the site.
