We’re seeking reliable and motivated Stock Operatives to join a well-established, reputable specialist metal stockholding company in the UK. If you’re looking for a stable, long-term career, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage goods in and goods out
  • Accurately locate and move stock within the warehouse
  • Stamp billets with precision
  • Operate FLT (Reach and/or Counterbalance B1) trucks
  • Split role: 60% manual packing and 40% FLT duties
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in order picking or using a picking system
  • Proven work history and commitment to long-term employment (job-hoppers need not apply)
  • Forklift truck experience (Reach or Counterbalance)
  • A proactive attitude and desire to build a stable career
Hours & Pay:
  • Rotational shifts: Early days and mid shifts (6am-2:30pm / 9:30am-6pm)
  • Starting at £12.64 per hour, with opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates
  • Overtime Pay: X1.5 during weekdays, X2 on Saturdays, and double time on Sundays & Bank Holidays
