The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for Production/Packing Operatives on behalf of our rapidly expanding client based in Cheltenham (GL51). This is a temporary ongoing opportunity with the potential to become a temporary-to-permanent position for the right candidate.

Full PPE and comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work across a weekly rotating shift pattern.

Role Responsibilities

As a Production/Packing Operative, your duties may include:

Operating and minding production machinery

Conducting quality checks on finished products

Packing, labelling, and palletising goods

Contributing to process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives

Supporting the wider team to ensure targets are met efficiently and safely
