Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Logistics Team Leader to join a busy, well-organised, and fast-paced distribution operation in Thornbury, Gloucestershire (BS35).

The Role:
We\’re seeking a motivated and organised individual with strong leadership skills to oversee daily logistics operations. You\’ll coordinate team activities, ensure goods are moved efficiently, and maintain high standards of accuracy and safety. This is a hands-on role where you\’ll lead by example.
Working Hours:
3 days per week
Shifts: 10am – 10pm
(Enjoy 4 days off every week!)
