Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term, ongoing work with full training provided.
The Role:
- Loading and unloading products onto machinery
- Monitoring products through the production process
- Carrying out quality checks on finished items
- Supporting general production and warehouse duties
- Working as part of a busy manufacturing team
Please note: this is a hands-on role involving standing for long periods and manual handling.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operative experience is beneficial but not essential
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Someone practical, sensible, and able to follow instructions
- Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:15am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:15am – 1:00pm
- Early finish every Friday.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
