General Operative in Kirkby in Ashfield

Thorn Baker are looking for reliable and hard-working General Operatives to join our client's team in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. The Role: Working across a 3-shift rotation: Days, Afternoons, and Nights. Supporting site operations both indoors and outdoors. Carrying out general labouring, machine operating, and manual handling tasks. Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times. About You: Comfortable working in all weather conditions. Willing to work rotating shifts. Reliable, punctual, and a good team player. Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate with shift allowances. Pay Rate – Days £12.21ph, Afters £12.21ph + £35 per week shift allowance, Nights £12.21ph + £75 Shift Allowance  Ongoing training and career progression opportunities.
