Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join our team. In this role, you will play an integral part in our production and assembly processes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. Responsibilities
Assembling and preparing products for packaging and distribution.
Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality control standards.
Operating different types of industrial machinery (full training provided)
Efficiently putting items into designated boxes, following company guidelines.
Conducting stock counting to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Assisting with general production and stockroom organization.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
A strong work ethic and good eye for detail
Experience in production & manufacturing
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in assembly & product handling.
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvements.
Day-to-Day
Begin with a team meeting to review the day's priorities and safety guidelines.
Assemble manufactured products, ensuring they meet packaging requirements.
Place items into boxes according to detailed instructions, checking for accuracy.
Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
Organize stock for shipment or storage in a neat, stable configuration.
Perform a stock count and log accurate inventory records in collaboration with the team.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout your shift, including tidying up pallets, boxes, and other materials. xgikmsk
The shift times are 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday rotating weekly.
The basic pay is £12.75/h.
