- £12.56 per hour (£24,495 per annum)
- Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, provide technical advice, and resolve complaints.
- Work collaboratively to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain professional telephone manners with external and internal customers.
- Proactively minimize order delays and keep customers and colleagues informed.
- Advise customers about product and service updates.
- Update customer records accurately and in real-time.
- Make decisions appropriate to the role and communicate potential impacts.
