Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Finance Data Entry Clerk to work for a Logistics company based in Coalville. This is a long-term assignment with the potential for a permanent position based on your performance.
The job:
- You will be part of a team responsible for key data entry of financial information and other key information for the department.
- You do not necessarily need to have worked in a financial role or department before, but it may help.
- You will be required to input data for a variety of important reports for their departments, which can include raising costings and orders, liaising with clients, suppliers, and other departments, dealing with queries, and other administration tasks.
- You will be inputting a lot of data on Microsoft Excel.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. Salary is £13.21ph.
About you:
- You must have at least 1 year’s experience in data entry or administration.
- Experience in a finance or accounts role would be beneficial but not essential.
- You must have experience of using Microsoft Excel and inputting data, formulas, etc.
- Happy to work 8am-4pm.
- Able to commute to Coalville.
