The Role
Working closely with the
HR Business Partner , you will provide day-to-day administrative support across all areas of HR.
This is a varied role where organisation, attention to detail and confidentiality are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the HR Business Partner and wider HR team
- Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting the onboarding and induction process for new starters
- Assisting with probation reviews, employment changes and leaver administration
- Coordinating meetings, interviews and HR appointments
- Processing HR paperwork accurately and within deadlines
- Supporting recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates
- Assisting with absence management, training records and general HR reporting
- Ensuring all HR information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience, ideally within an HR environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive and professional approach with a willingness to learn
- Previous experience using HR systems would be advantageous but is not essential
