Driving Labourer - Selby (Travel Required)

Thorn Baker Construction is currently recruiting for a Driving Labourer based in Selby to join a busy team working across multiple sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who is happy to travel to different locations and support a variety of construction projects.

The Role

As a Driving Labourer, you'll be travelling to various sites from the Selby area, assisting tradespeople and site managers with day-to-day tasks. Duties will include:

  • Driving between multiple construction sites.
  • Loading, unloading and moving materials.
  • Assisting skilled trades with general labouring duties.
  • Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
  • Following all site health and safety procedures.
  • Supporting site teams wherever required.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
  • Valid CSCS Card (preferred/essential if required by the client).
  • Previous construction labouring experience.
  • Good work ethic with a positive attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual and willing to travel.
  • Own transport is advantageous.
