PAINTER & DECORATOR REQUIRED – WALES, CF36
Location: Wales, CF36
Working Hours: 8-hour days
Start Time: 7:30am
Working Pattern: Two-week rotation
We are currently looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator for a site based in Wales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general painting and decorating duties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with a professional finish.
Duties will include:
- Preparing surfaces before painting, including filling, sanding and making good.
- Applying paint and emulsion to walls and ceilings.
- Painting woodwork, doors and other surfaces as required.
- Ensuring a neat, consistent and professional finish.
- Protecting surrounding areas and surfaces during painting work.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
- Following site health and safety procedures.
Working Pattern:
- 8-hour working days.
- Start on site at 7:30am.
- Every other Monday will have a later start.
- Every other Friday will be a non-working day.
- Work follows a two-week rotation on site.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Painter and Decorator.
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard.
- Valid CSCS card if required by the site.
- Appropriate tools and PPE.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
