Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced VNA Drivers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation based in Lenton, Nottingham. Our client is a globally recognised manufacturer and retailer within the tabletop gaming industry, producing highly detailed products that are enjoyed by customers around the world. The Nottingham operation brings together manufacturing, warehousing, packing and distribution, creating a fast-paced environment where teamwork, reliability and attention to detail are essential.

You'll be joining a large operation where your work directly contributes to keeping stock moving efficiently and ensuring customer and store orders are fulfilled on time.

The Role

As a VNA Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving stock throughout the warehouse. You will work as part of the wider warehouse team, helping to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating VNA equipment safely and efficiently
  • Moving, storing and retrieving stock within the warehouse
  • Working safely at height
  • Loading and unloading goods where required
  • Maintaining accuracy when handling stock
  • Following all site health & safety procedures
  • Keeping the warehouse running efficiently and supporting the wider team
  • Working to required productivity and quality standards

Shift Pattern

This is a night shift working Sunday to Thursday:

  • Sunday: 23:00 - 05:00
  • Monday to Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00

Pay Rate: £18.15 per hour

What We're Looking For

  • Previous VNA driving experience
  • Valid harness training - this is required for the role
  • Candidates must be able to provide copies of their relevant training certificates for review and approval before their official start date
  • Good understanding of warehouse health & safety
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
