Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking a HR Business Partner to join a globally known manufacturer in Nottingham.

This temporary-to-permanent position offers a hybrid working pattern (1-2 days from home) and a typical package of £45,000-£50,000 per annum with a £5,500 car allowance, enhanced pension and generous holiday.

The role covers HR partnering across a geographic area, with quarterly site visits and responsibility for ER, recruitment and HR data integrity.
