Labourer in Milton Keynes

LABOURERS REQUIRED – MILTON KEYNES (MK10)

We are currently looking for multiple reliable and hardworking Labourers to join a project in the Milton Keynes area.

Job Details:

• Location: Milton Keynes, MK10




• Pay Rate: £16.36 per hour




• Duration: Up to 3 weeks




• Start Date: Monday 9th November

Job Description:

The project involves stripping out a number of flats that have experienced significant water leaks, resulting in extensive damp issues throughout the properties.

Labourers will be required to assist with a full strip-out, removing damaged materials and taking the flats back to the existing plumbing and ventilation systems.

Main Duties Will Include:

• Removing all existing plasterboard from walls and ceilings.




• Stripping out damp and water-damaged materials.




• Removing affected sections of the flats as part of the refurbishment works.




• Exposing existing plumbing and ventilation systems.




• Moving and disposing of stripped-out materials.




• Loading waste and keeping the work areas clear.




• Assisting with general demolition and strip-out duties as required.




• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

PPE Requirements:

• 3-point PPE is required on site.




• Gloves and safety goggles will be provided on site.

Ideal Candidates:
We are looking for Labourers who have previous experience in demolition, refurbishment or general strip-out work. Candidates must be hardworking, reliable and comfortable carrying out physical work in a busy site environment.

This is an opportunity to secure up to 3 weeks of work on a refurbishment project.
