Plant Fitter, HGV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Mechanic or Mobile Plant Engineer to join a long-established heavy industrial manufacturer in
Darley Dale .
This is a temp to perm days-based role maintaining a fleet of commercial vehicles, mobile plant and heavy industrial equipment .
Duties include
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Servicing commercial vehicles and mobile plant
- Mechanical fault finding and repairs
- Hydraulic, pneumatic and braking systems
- Breakdown repairs
- Welding and fabrication (desirable)
- Completing maintenance records
- Working safely within a heavy industrial environment
You'll need
- Experience as a
Plant Fitter, HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, Mobile Plant Engineer, Mechanical Fitter or Agricultural Engineer
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Plant, Mechanical or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance is desirable but not essential.
