We’re looking for a practical, organised, and client-focused Project Manager to drive project success and uphold the quality and reputation of a dedicated Small Works team.

The Small Works team specialise in delivering projects that are typically smaller in value than major programme work, but highly varied in type and complexity. • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support post-completion processes, continuous improvement and team coaching

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • A minimum of 8 years’ industry experience with strong project delivery
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, ideally across refurbishment, extensions or specialist works
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, both with clients and project teams
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with an ability to work autonomously and influence
Benefits
  • Health Cash Plan
  • Private medical insurance
  • Car scheme or allowance
  • Enhanced parental leave
