About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager with a proven track record in Civils, Demolition, and New Build projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and cost control.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Implement site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in construction.
- Strong background in Civils, Demolition, and New Build projects.
- Excellent knowledge of H&S regulations and site management best practices.
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid).
