Project Manager – Coventry (Keresley)

Up to Β£85,000 + Excellent Package

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established housebuilder, overseeing the successful delivery of a new-build residential development in Keresley, Coventry.

You will not be considered if you haven't worked on new-build housing projects.

The Role

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of a new-build housing development
  • Lead and motivate the site team to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
  • Ensure quality standards and NHBC requirements are met
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage programme delivery
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety across site
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the new-build housing sector
  • Strong track record of delivering residential developments
  • Experience managing multiple site teams and subcontractors
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
  • Full UK driving licence
