Working Foreman – Joinery / Fit-Out
Location: Corby
Rate: £260 per day
Duration: 8–10 weeks
Start: Novemeber 2nd
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and assist with installation works on a project in Corby.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in joinery, commercial fit-out or installation works, with the ability to supervise operatives, coordinate site activities and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating installation teams on site.
- Assisting with joinery and fit-out installation works where required.
- Ensuring work is completed to the required quality and programme.
- Coordinating materials, labour and day-to-day site activities.
- Maintaining health and safety standards.
- Liaising with the site management team and reporting on progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong background in joinery, fit-out or installation projects.
- Good knowledge of site health and safety procedures.
- Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Relevant CSCS card and supervisory qualifications where required.
