BRICKLAYERS REQUIRED - PORT ISAAC
Location: Port Isaac
Start Date: Monday 19th October
Duration: 2 weeks
Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Rate: £260 per day
We are currently looking for 2 experienced Bricklayers to join a project based in Port Isaac, with work available for approximately 2 weeks.
The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out bricklaying work on site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. We are looking for skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work and can work well as part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carrying out general bricklaying work as required on site.
- Laying bricks accurately and maintaining consistent levels, lines and joints.
- Mixing and applying mortar to ensure a neat and professional finish.
- Measuring and cutting bricks where necessary.
- Following site drawings and instructions from the site manager.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working area.
- Following all relevant site health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Bricklayer is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
- Valid CSCS card if required by the site.
- Own tools and appropriate PPE.
- Must be reliable, punctual and available for the full 2-week duration.
