Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Facilities & HR Coordinator to join a busy, well known distribution company based in the Bingham area of Nottingham.
Job Overview
We're looking for a proactive, highly organised Facilities & HR Coordinatorto become the heartbeat of our busy office.
This is a varied, hands on position where no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our workplace runs smoothly while supporting our people processes and providing essential administrative support across the business.
Working within a fast-paced e-commerce FMCG environment, you'll take ownership of our office operations, facilities coordination and employee administration.
This role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in staying organised and is always one step ahead.

- Manage the day-to-day running of the office and ensure everything operates efficiently.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and contractor visits.
- Manage relationships with service providers
- Monitor and renew contracts including telecoms and office services.
- Oversee office security systems including alarms, CCTV and access arrangements.
- Coordinate waste collection and recycling services.
- Order stationery, office supplies and workplace consumables.
- Ensure the office remains clean, safe and fully operational at all times.
- Identify improvements and proactively resolve issues before they become problems.
- HR & Administration
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts and new starter documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR administration.
- Liaise with our external HR provider when required.
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
- Assist with internal communications and office initiatives.
About You
