Key Areas of responsibility: Attain/Exceed Service Level Agreement targets/KPI\’s Implement, drive operational process improvement seeking/providing solutions to issues Plan resource requirements effectively for short term and long-term periods Manage any increase in Cost Per Unit (CPU) reacting quickly and applying corrective measures if needed Manage recruitment of additional staff required, inducting them effectively into the business, managing their performance throughout the probation period Manage the performance of team and individuals in all areas, including training and development and achievement of the level of standards required of their post. Manage any conduct, performance, absence issues using the correct procedure seeking support and guidance as necessary. Manage all aspects of H&S ensuring all staff members comply with the H&S policy and standards developing a culture of safety first. Use effective communication skills/styles and methods ensuring all staffed are knowledgeable of the business, understand company vision, strategy and their role within that. Skills/experience required: Manage all aspects of a team. Proven experience of operational process improvement skills. Effective planning of resource requirements. Has a positive can Do attitude. Proven experience of Performance Management at team & individual level. Knowledge of/proven experience of the use of effective communication skills, including different styles and methods to ensure all staff are well informed motivated and perform to high standards.
