We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join a leading facilities management operation at a large-scale distribution and logistics site in the Hull / North Ferriby area. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader with a background in cleaning, facilities management, or site services who enjoys managing teams and driving high standards.
The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 15-20 cleaning operatives, ensuring all areas of the site are maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional service to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and motivating a team of 15-20 cleaning operatives
- Allocating workloads and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently
- Conducting quality inspections and maintaining service standards
- Managing attendance, performance, and staff welfare
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
- Liaising with site management and acting as the main point of contact during night shifts
- Completing reports, audits, and shift handover

- Previous supervisory or team leader experience within facilities management, cleaning, or a similar environment
- Strong people management and organisational skills
