Reporting directly to senior management, you will have full responsibility for service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance across a varied portfolio of retail contracts.

Your Role
- Full responsibility for contract performance, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are consistently achieved
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across your portfolio
- Managing cleaning teams and supervisors to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Conducting regular site visits, audits, and quality inspections
- Recruiting, training, developing, and retaining cleaning operatives
- Managing labour budgets, rotas, and operational performance
- Handling client queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements
- Supporting the mobilisation of new contracts as the business continues to grow
- Working closely with senior management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
- Previous experience managing multiple cleaning contracts within a commercial or retail environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent client relationship management experience
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing a geographically spread portfolio
- Strong understanding of service delivery, KPIs, and operational performance
- Full UK driving licence
- Ideally based within the Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, or East Coast region to effectively manage the portfolio
- Passion for delivering high standards and developing successful teams
