Thorn Baker’s Facilities Management division is looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to start or develop your career in recruitment. Initially, you’ll support the team by sourcing high-quality temporary and permanent cleaning staff across the UK. As you grow in the role, you’ll progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position, including B2B sales and client management responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and develop strong relationships with existing client accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Coordinate recruitment activity to meet workforce requirements
  • Work closely with consultants to fill vacancies efficiently
  • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Attend client meetings and site visits when required
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
