Thorn Baker Facilities Management is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor (Temporary) based in Leeds.

You will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, advise managers, and support TUPE processes across the business.

This fully office-based role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, for approximately 3–6 months.

The ideal candidate has experience in Employee Relations or HR advisory, solid knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent communication with stakeholders.
